We have stayed at NH many times over the last 5 years, it's good hotel for the price, and located in a large shopping mall with restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, ATM machines, anything you need. Since we know the place, we always ask to be on the quiet side of the hotel away from the restaurants that can have loud music at night. It's also an easy in and out for Uber, just 2 minutes' walk to the parking area out front.

So many staff members these days only think their job is to check people in at the front desk. It’s very impersonal. Not here. Everyone practi gracious hospitality and is. Very welcoming. I loved the little touches; from the cocktail and cheese table at reception to bring dog dishes and a dog bed to my room without my requesting one. Every staff member seemed to really like their job; with graciousness and a commitments to hospitality. It’s my second time choosing them and I look forward to returning.

I always like to stay in NH hotels because the services, centric, service of shuttle or they arrange for me transportation anytime I need it and because is clean.

convenience, location, this was our 4th stay .I would like that to be taken into account on the next visit so that maybe we can get a better room.
